Its little things like this that constantly remind me to test, test, test. More than likely you have a Redbox video machine somewhere near you. But type in their url redbox.com into a browser without the www. and you get this:

I wonder how much type in traffic they have lost from just this. Go through your logs and fix the small problems and bottlenecks that trip up your visitors and you’ll not only have happier users, but search engine spiders will like your site better as well.
