Project Overview
When Factory Homes Outlet went looking for a way to make their website better, they knew they needed a professional team to make their site really stand out from their competition. With a large amount of products to offer customers, as well as content, they needed custom solutions to best meet their clients needs.
Taking their requirements to heart, we built them a content management system from the ground up, allowing them to dynamically change the content of almost any page on their site whenever necessary. Along with this we built front end pages that allow users to intelligently view the data inputted into the system. Add in the ability to fill out applications, pay fees, and reports to help sales staff, and you have a site worth bragging about.

Not only are users who visit Factory Homes Outlet able to view homes available and compare prices, they are able to start the home-buying process right there on the site! This custom application allows users to fill out their application and pay the required fees without ever picking up a pen.
Giving salespeople the best tools to do the job is absolutely necessary in any business. For Factory Homes Outlet we built them a tracking system that details a logged in user’s page views on the site for any given day. By separating out the logging of page visits from the aggregation of data, the system is blazing fast for users hitting the front end, and the data is still easy to understand through the reporting page.
This custom user interface took a lot of work, and it pays off. Visitors to the site are able to filter the home results they are looking for by specific criteria, helping to match people with homes that they will love.
